yes it needed a pillowcase. Any of the body pillowcases that walmart sells will fit.

I would highly suggest a pillowcase to keep the pillow from needing so many washings. (the pillow is very long). This was bought for my daughter's Misha Collin's Supernatural body pillow case that was 21 in x 54 in. This pillow fit it perfectly.

The pillow is soft enough i dont think it needs a pillow case but i bought a nice mainstays body pillow case for under ten dollars.

I happen to find a Body Pillow pillow case that fits it perfectly.  So I would suggest looking for one of these. The king size pillow cases are too short for this pillow. It&#39;s very thickly stuffed and very comfortable.

Yes, I believe it is. I&#39;ve had mine for almost a year now.  It is very well made and I&#39;m glad I bought it. Much better than the last one I bought.

It is only 20" wide so I am not sure how comfortable it will be to lay your entire body on it.

No you can not sleep on it. I tried but it is to plump. It is more for side sleepers. To be honest, I have a hard time wrapping my legs around it. Maybe when it gets broke-in it will be more flexible. I still love the pillow. I have COPD and it supports my back or front so I can stay on my side You should try for a pillow that has less filling.

In looking at the width of this pillow, to try and lay your whole body on top of it would be uncomfortable I would think. It is meant as a side pillow for your body.

Well, it would really depend on how wide you are...the pillow is very long but more than likely shorter width wise than your body.

Oh yes it is a very big pillow you could lay on top of it very comfortably.

This body pillow is very plush and bounces back to shape. It is thick but you sink into it! I LOVE it!

Sooooo Worth 20 Bucks!

My husband and I both have one. The quilting makes it feel very durable. It is a little thick but it is comfortable and will last a long time (It's almost like having another person in the bed so beware- we have a queen and it is close). It's long enough that I comfortably put between knees and still have enough length to rest my shoulder on (side sleeper). It is far more superior to the several cheaper made one's I have had. We are pleased with these pillow's.

Great pillow's

In the past I've paid a lot more for similar quality body pillows from a popular bed and bath store and from an internet company that sells pillows, linens, towels, etc. This pillow is just as good as what I've paid up to four times as much for at other stores. It's as thick as the higher priced body pillows. The quilted part is a nice added touch. I don't usually get excited about a pillow but it's always nice when you know for a fact that you've gotten a good deal. By the way, a body pillow is great for side sleepers who like a cushioning pillow between their legs and who like to throw an arm around their pillow while they sleep. It handles both needs! Definitely buy one or two body pillowcases for the pillow.

Finally Excellent Quality!

Where to start! Okay this pillow is beyond what I was expecting at only $15 bucks! Its huge! Soft! Just firm enough to support weight! So gooooood! I highly recommend! I'm buying three more!

Not what I was expecting?!

Bought this for extra support after a surgery. In just 2 days, I decided I needed a 2nd one but they're sold out. Almost a week post surgery and continuous use, it has kept its shape while still soft, breathable and cool, no problem with it at all. Just wish I initially bought 2.
